The legal basis, in this case, rests on a balancing of interests, where it is our opinion that the Acute Doctor’s need to be able to continue processing your data for this purpose is more important than your interest in having the data erased.

The legal basis for our processing is your consent for your treatment and your name to be presented on our website to our Medical Providers in order to find a suitable medical provider for your treatment.
For our processing under a), b) and c), you may, at any time, withdraw your consent by contacting us (contact details are below). This means, of course, that we will then be unable to register and assess your application or publish your case or your treatment on our website.
